Our mission extends beyond providing education and support; we actively address health disparities by accepting donations of ostomy supplies, ensuring accessibility for those facing barriers. Additionally, we are committed to hosting retreats tailored for families affected by GI conditions, offering a sanctuary for support and access to vital resources. At Connecting Pieces, we prioritize mental health and holistic well-being, striving to empower every individual to navigate their journey with resilience and hope.
