Empowering Communities for Change
Mission Statement at Connecting Pieces is to improve the lives of those impacted by Gastrointestinal Disorders, Gastrointestinal Cancers, and Ostomies.
More about Connecting Pieces
Connecting Pieces is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving as a beacon of support and resources for individuals and families impacted by Gastrointestinal Disorders (GI), Ostomies, and associated challenges. Our mission extends beyond providing education and support; we actively address health disparities by accepting donations of ostomy supplies, ensuring accessibility for those facing barriers. Additionally, we are committed to hosting retreats tailored for families affected by GI conditions, offering a sanctuary for support and access to vital resources. At Connecting Pieces, we prioritize mental health and holistic well-being, striving to empower every individual to navigate their journey with resilience and hope.
